You will learn from various sources and methods.
The most direct will be the feedback from your team members. Will they understand you? Will they agree with you? Can you convince them or do you need to compromise? And also, can you understand them, agree with them and find a compromise with them?
Another learning source will be our simulation partner. The feedback will be shown in the way the various characters will respond to your emails, give you advice, hints.
The third learning source will be the feedback from your trainer during the simulation.
The final learning source will be the degree of your own satisfaction. Are you yourself happy with the results you have achieved?
